Our organic oil is Bioagricert certified and obtained from agriculture that involves the use of natural fertilizers and avoids the use of chemicals. The PDO certification is issued by the chamber of commerce and guarantees the quality but above all the origin and typicality of the product, which in our case is identified in the words " PDO Terra di Bari- Castel del Monte subzone."
